Early bird registration ends September 11th, so please make sure to get in your registration forms! Registration prior to September 11th is $15 and after September 11th it’s $20. Kids 12 and under get in free. Registration will include a goodie bag and a free t-shirt, along with lunch and fun activities!

Boxer Walk details:

92.1 FM in Sioux Falls will be broadcasting some of the event live so be prepared, some of you may be going live on the air!

REGISTRATION: Begins at 9am. This is the first stop at the Boxer Walk. This is where those who have preregistered will come and get their shirt and goodie bag. You may register the morning of the boxer walk.

WALK: Begins at 10am. Any dog of any breed is welcome to walk!! All dogs must be up-to-date on all their vaccinations.

VENDOR BOOTHS: 9am-3pm. Come talk to our vendors including 2nd Chance of Sioux Falls and K9 Search and Rescue.

SILENT AUCTION BOOTH: 9am-2pm. Browse our fabulous silent auction items and bid on as many items as you like! All proceeds go to boxer rescue.

MICROCHIP BOOTH: 10am-1pm. The #1 way to retrieve your lost pet is through a microchip. We will be offering $20 microchipping. Dogs will be microchipped with AVID chips and you will receive a pre-paid lifetime registration card and microchip tag.

Lunch: 11am -1pm. Hang out and talk to fellow dog lovers while enjoying your complimentary lunch.

KISSING BOOTH: 9-1pm. For a $1.00 donation, enjoy a sloppy boxer kiss from one of our lovely boxers.

TRAINING SEMINAR: 1-2pm. Have Q’s regarding dog behavior? Come to this seminar where a trainer will give tips on reading dog language and also answer all of your questions on why your dog does what he/she does.

AWARDS: 2pm-3pm. Stay for our prizes and awarding of the silent auction items! Susan Heidepriem, wife of Democratic candidate for South Dakota governor Scott Heidepriem, is coming to the Boxer Walk with their dog Fenway around 2 pm. Susan and Fenway will be there to help pass out the silent auction items and say a few words.

Want to participate with a group of friends or co-workers? Click here to download your Boxer Walk Team Registration Form. You may turn this in on the day of the Boxer Walk if you wish, or send it with your individual registration form. All team members must fill out the individual registration form as well.

Adoption fees don't cover expenses for the boxers in our care.

Our generous supporters have helped cure boxers with heart-worm, mange, and many other health and behavioral issues. Supporters have also helped feed and care for all NPBR boxers while they wait in foster care for their furever home.
